Hyremote LLC collects the details you enter on the application form, your resume and your intro video to consider you for the position you apply to and for other open positions that may suit you.

• What we keep: your name, contact details, country, salary expectation, social profile links, resume, intro video, and the notes and ratings our recruiters and screening tools produce from them.
• How long: five years from your last activity with us. After four years we will ask whether you want to stay on file; with no answer your identifiable data is anonymised at year five. If you are hired, your data is kept for as long as you work with us plus the retention period required by employment and tax rules.
• Who sees it: Hyremote's recruiting team, the client you are submitted to (only after our recruiters have spoken with you), and the service providers that host our systems (Zoho, Cloudflare, Microsoft, Anthropic). Automated screening helps our recruiters prioritise; a person always makes the decision.
• Your rights: you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing careers@hyremote.com, and you can withdraw an application from your status page.

This notice applies under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, South Africa's POPIA and Colombia's Ley 1581 as relevant to where you live.
